If there is an issue with your account that cannot be resolved, such as failure to access paid features, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Payment Error

If you are charged incorrectly or for a service you did not request, you may qualify for a refund.

3. Service Not Provided

If the paid services are not delivered as promised, a refund request may be submitted.

Non-Refundable Fees

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

1. Subscription renewals that are processed automatically.

2. Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the matchmaking outcomes.

3. Services that have been fully used or consumed.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 5 days of the transaction.

2. Provide your account details, transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Submit your request to admin@match2matrimony.in.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 7 –10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method.
